Hydraulic Density Separator Range
HDS-S
Our original HDS unit as integrated in the WT-250. With its variable upflow and slatted dewatering conveyor, the HDS-S is a versatile density separator for many applications and a small footprint. Throughput of 0-15tph dependant upon feed material, the HDS-S is ideal for demolition waste etc with a larger particle size on the floating section due to the slatted belt design.
HDS-V
The HDS-V is a slightly larger version of our HDS-S, with a vibrating dewatering screen to replace the slatted conveyor. This provides dewatering of a smaller particle size, and also the allows easy screen changes for different products where required. Also included is a new and improved variable upflow system which is more efficient and further improves performance.
